İskele Design Acceleration Program, is a program for designers who want to transform design ideas into production practices. Designers who are accepted into the program will be supported in developing their design ideas by utilizing all the infrastructure facilities of İskele Atölye. 

Application of Design Acceleration Program:

İskele Design Acceleration Program’s announcements are made through the project's website and social media accounts. Applications will be accepted through the website, and the application process will remain open throughout the project. Designers who want to participate in the program are expected to fill out the form provided below.

Evolution and Results of Design Acceleration Program:

Received applications for the İskele Design Acceleration Program will be evaluated by the Selection Committee. As a result of these evaluations, designers who pass the initial stage will present to the committee. At the end of the presentation, designers who were found successful by the Committee will have the opportunity to benefit from program support.

Support of Design Acceleration Program:

Designers who qualify to participate in the İskele Design Acceleration Program will have access to the cameras, technical equipment, computer hardware and software,shared- work space, and meeting room facilities at İskele Atölye during the duration of their participation in the program during working hours.

Designers included in the program will receive training on the usage rules of İskele Atöyle, as well as the use of equipment and occupational safety at the Atölye.

Designers included in the program will be provided with all the cameras and equipment facilities, raw materials, and materials that may be needed in the process of producing their designs, as well as areas where they can test their prototypes. In the context following benefits will be provided to the designers:

Mentorship:

Designers included in the program will receive professional support in developing their products, including mentorship from industry experts in areas such as ease of use, aesthetics, production, material selection, and other relevant aspects during the product development process.

Legal Consultancy Support:

Designers included in the program will be provided with legal consultancy support to help protect their intellectual and industrial property rights and address other legal needs related to their design ideas.

Brand Consultancy Support :

Designers included in the Design Acceleration Program will be provided with brand consultancy support to enable them to create their own brands on the entrepreneurial path or strengthen existing brands.

Education:

The project will include training sessions to help designers bring their ideas to life.

Shared Worked-Space:

Designers included in the program can benefit from the shared-work space which is available at İskele Atölye and the Türkiye Design Council.

Cameras and Technical Equipments:

Designers included in the program can make use of all the cameras and technical equipment available at İskele Atölye.

Support of High-Performance Computers:

Designers included in the program can benefit from high-performance computers and software available at İskele Atölye for their design processes.

Opportunitiy to meet with Investors:

Designers included in the program will have the opportunity to meet both industry representatives and potential investors during the project period. In these meetings, designers can introduce their design ideas and take advantage of potential investment opportunities.

Presentation of Design Ideas:

On the 'Designers' page of the İskele Design Acceleration Project's website, profiles of designers participating in the Design Acceleration Program will be created. This will enable designers to showcase their designs to a wider audience and potentially expand job opportunities.

Mid-Evolution:

The projects of designers included in the İskele Design Acceleration Project by the Selection Committee will be periodically evaluated, and the designers' continuation in the program will be determined. The process of benefiting from program opportunities for designers who complete their projects will come to an end. Designers with ongoing work will continue to take advantage of program opportunities..

Completion of Design Acceleration Program:

After completing their projects, new designers will be accepted to fill vacancies in the program.
