An urban discussion has been held over different field types and contexts by meeting with many people from different disciplines who are experts in their fields to re-function correctly the military areas that have been evacuated in recent years. The results of these discussions were reported and forwarded to the relevant public institutions.

Search Conference for Utilizing the Military Areas in Istanbul was organized by Turkey Design Council and Ortak Akıl Enstitüsü as a full-day program to contribute to the work to be done for the evaluation of military areas in Istanbul. Ideas were declared among the participants without any difference in terms of age, status, title, education. At this point; Rather than seeking debate, discussion, or reconciliation, it was aimed that each participant would contribute and contribute to relevant topics and questions.
