Ek Biç Ye İç team, which set out not to turn Istanbul into a village, but to make it a living and livable city, is working on permaculture. Each team member comes from a different area. They grow their salads and greens in their own places in Taksim. Paying attention to the fact that everything is local in order to reduce the carbon footprint, the team offers a nice opportunity for those living in Istanbul to feed with fresh and pure products.
